Malainadu temples are one of the very unique kinds in India and very specific to Kerala. Located in serene locations amidst lush greenery these temple are extremely well-maintained, beautiful, well-managed and quiet which will make you feel you’re back in the ancient India during the Vedic era. Tirtha Yatra does meticulous planning and execution of the yatra. The comfortable accommodation provided by them has star class. The delicious Satvic food served enabled yatris to keep good health during the yatra.
The organisers such as yatra director and yatra co-ordinator had extensive knowledge, importance of pilgrimage place (by narrating the Sthala Purana) and the Yatra Dirctor narrates it with lot of enthusiasm and creates lot of interest in pilgrims. They take you to some of the temples which are even unknown to the natives of that state.
Although pilgrims are from various parts of the country, the organisers will ensure each yatri will homogeneously mix with other yatris and thus proves India is great at unity in diversity.
At the end of yatra, one imbibes some spirituality and longing to take up next yatra.

The speciality about Tirtha Yatra is the Sthala Purana. Before or after worshiping , detail explanation by Yatra Directors are given about the sthalam which is extraordinary. Along with Divya Desham Temples we have visited so many temples. The significance of the temples were explained in detail, which many of the local people themeselves, would not have heard of. I do not find any difficulty in any manner, whether in the accommodation arranged, the food provided, the movement of luggage, and the care taken by the tour directors(Shri Agrani Krishna Dasa and Shri Bhaskara Rao). All these are EXCELLENT. I wish TIRTHA YATRA all the very best and to the entire team behind it. I would like to continue my trips with Tirtha Yatra.

The recent yatra undertaken by me was Malainadu Divya Desam Yatra in January 2019. This is my sixth yatra with Thirtha Yatra. Once you book a yatra all your needs are taken care of- ticketing, accomadation, transportation, food and assistance during yatra. The yathra co-ordinators give an exhaustive account of the places that we visit with apt narration and anecdotes. The choice of hotels, transport and food takes care of the needs of all including elderly. Would certainly take another Yatra and suggest one should try one Yatra with Tirtha Yatra to experience for themselves the difference.
